Owner, Master Tech
Hi my name is Jeff Odom and I’ve worked at Evergreen Autoworks for most of my life and been the owner since 2000. I started my career jacking up my little red wagon and removing the wheels while my Dad fixed cars in our back yard shop near Martha Lake. You could say I was born into the car business and grew up just miles from our current location. From the wagon I graduated to being a mechanic and became an ASE Certified Master Technician. After 15 years of working under the hood I moved to Service Advisor and Collision Damage Appraiser. Now as the owner I share my 30+ years of working on and around cars with my staff and customers. I enjoy being able to serve the community I grew up in and help our talented group of employees build a career fixing cars.
Mechanical Service Advisor
Paul has worked at Evergreen Autoworks for over 8 years. He started at Evergreen Autoworks as a technician and as we got to know him it became apparent that he would make a great service advisor. His beliefs about car maintenance perfectly aligned with our company philosophy. It’s clear that this was his calling and if you talk with him you’ll understand what I mean. He’s a true customer service superstar that has one goal in mind, help people with their transportation issues. Paul is living proof that the maintenance he recommends and believes in can make a car can go over 200,000 miles, you see he drives a Geo with over 300,000 miles every day to work!
Mike Auslund – He comes from a family of car guy’s. He’s a stickler for quality and perfection which is clear from the appearance of his own truck. For over 7 years he’s really taken awesome care of our customers which is evident by the numerous thank you cards and letters he’s received. Customers routinely drop off home baked goods, coffee and other signs of appreciation in thanks for Mikes help getting them through a tough time in their lives. A true super star!
Customer and Office Support Expert
We couldn’t do what we do without people like Amanda working with us. In 10+ years of working here she’s learned to do just about everything short of fixing cars. We’ve nicknamed her the Amazing Amanda because she routinely does amazing things for our customers. A fun person to work with and just another reason for our years of success.
Mechanical Center Master Technician
Let me tell you about Mat Deer. He’s the best and I’m very proud to have him on our team. I feel you’d be hard pressed to find a better technician in this area. He chose to work with us over 10 years ago after interviewing me. He’s not your ordinary “mechanic” either. His hands look more like a surgeon’s than someone that works on greasy cars. We rely on Mat to fix the most difficult problems and he always does. We owe our success to people like Mat. Thankfully he chose us and not our competition!
Bryan……. I hired him as an entry level body technician over 11 years ago. He’s a fun guy to work with but takes repairing cars very seriously. He’s a rare breed of craftsman that really understands how to fix a damaged car. Trained at the VW factory his repair work is a thing of beauty that resembles art. He’s a technician that really takes pride in what he does.
Tibi Frig – This guy is unreal! We were lucky to have him join our team over 10 years ago. You have to see his work to appreciate it. He can take the worst damage and magically make it look like new again. A craftsman like you’ll rarely see and he’s trained our staff in the European way to fix cars. Precision and perfection are fitting words to explain the repairs made by this guy.
