I came in to get my tires rotated. They are quick and the service was reasonably priced. I also appreciate that they don’t try to add services that aren’t necessary to make an extra buck. Bret at the front desk is great, very friendly.

Hello Lauren, Thank you for the kind review! Bret

Had a hard time starting my car. Turned out there was a warning light on the air intake. So I took it to the nearest shop, just happened to be a dealer. They quoted me over $1200 for all necessary repairs. A friend referred me to Evergreen Autoworks and they had it fixed and on the road for about $400. And the work was done and out in the time the dealer said he could start the work. I recommend this auto shop.

Hello Rich, I'm glad we could help you out with your Malibu. Thank you for the kind review! Bret

This mechanic shop is exemplary in customer service. Car repair and turn around are great. I had my car back in a jiffy. Prices are about average. But the customer service is not. Great Team to take your car for repair.

Hello Demis, Thank you letting maintain your car! Thank you for the kind review! Bret

Classic mechanic scams. Wouldnt give straight answer on what my issue was even though it only read 1 code. Tried upselling on things that I had already previously serviced which means either they lied or were too lazy to actually check and just added it to the diagnosis in hopes it'll stick. Definitely over charges. I knew what my issue was and I took it here as a test to see if I could trust this shop for my future needs, I can not. The replacement part costs $40ish and took 5 minutes to replace.

Edd, I'm disappointed we didn't pass your test. Our goals and priorities with each vehicle we service are safety and reliability for our customers. Our technicians are required to take the time to note anything they see that that may compromise those points. Our service writers jobs are to communicate to you what our techs have noted. This should be presented as a service, not as a sales pitch. After reviewing with our team, I'm comfortable with the notes our technicians made on your Chevy Cruz, but feel we could have done a better job of communicating with you to come up with an action plan for your car. Your feedback helps us improve our customer experience, thanks for taking the time to make these notes.

$1,200 for a fuel pump & filter. I checked with my mechanic and found the labor with my vehicle is 2 hrs, and the parts u see $200. Also without telling me, they charged me $200 to plug in to the computer (15 mins) and found the fault code. They’re a AAA “approved vendor so watch out. They will take advantage of anyone who doesn’t do their research.

Hello Jess, thank you taking the time to write your review, We always want to know if we have not lived up to our customers expectations. I would like to go over your visit to our shop. Your car got towed to our shop on 8/24/2020 with after it stalled on road while you where driving. AAA towed the car to our shop. I called you and asked what happened. I also asked if any work had been done on it recently. You stated this had happened before, you stated you didn't want to tell me what the other shop had done or recommended, because as you told me " I want you to look at it and tell me what it needs" Then you told me the other shop said it needed a catalytic converter. We checked for fault codes, found lean condition codes present. We installed a fuel pressure gauge in the port in the engine to check for fuel pressure, found there was no fuel pressure. We then checked the fuel pump relay to see if there was power coming out of it it, there was power coming out of it. We then removed your back seat and established the was power going to the fuel pump. Our recommendation was that both the fuel pump and fuel filter should be replaced. Fuel pump because it has failed, and fuel filter for maintenance, as clogged fuel filters are a large reason fuel pumps fail. We use All Data as our source for quoting labor times. All Data is the industry standard establishing labor time for repairs on cars and trucks. I physically showed you on my computer screen that labor time for your fuel pump is 2.2 hours and fuel filter is .9 hours. We use OEM parts for your BMW, for longevity and quality of the product. Also, because we carry a 3 year 36000 warranty on our repairs. Jeff, I felt justified in the diagnostic charge of $128, as your cars issue was not just plugging in a scan tool. There was time spent, also there is value in having a qualified technician diagnose your car. It takes years of work and training to know how establish what is wrong with a car, and then repair it correctly. Jess, you also told me " I want you to look at it and tell me what it needs" It is implied that there would be a charge to diagnose the problem. Our quote was $1042.00 including the diagnostic fee and tax. It would be $896 including tax for the fuel pump and filter, including tax. You declined to pay the diagnostic fee, and took your car at no charge to you. I apologize that I did not go over all of these facts with you when you where at the shop, to show the value of the service we provide at Evergreen Autoworks. Bret
