I brought my car in for some body work because my clear coat was chipping and peeling on the hood. I worked with Mike who was able to get me a quote that was priced competitively. The repair work they did came out exceptionally well. You can't even notice a difference from what is factory painted and what was repaired by them. A+ service as far as the body work goes. I was disappointed that they started my car without the headlights in, causing an error code. They were going to charge me an extra $200 to reset the code which was not part of the estimate and could have been avoided, but I declined since I have the manufacturer specific cable and computer software for my car. Its an inconvenience and if I wasn't a car enthusiast, would have been out extra money.

JB and his crew are amazing. Professional and Caring! We've been going to Evergreen Auto for 17 years. They're dependable, affordable and helpful. I really appreciate the checklist given each oil change on how your car is doing and repairs needed down the road. It's really helpful to be able to save and plan for repairs.

Shout out to Phil and the Evergreen Autoworks shop on BEH. After Brown Bear carwash ripped my rear windshield wiper off, Les Swabb recommended I come here for them to give me an estimate. Not only did they provide excellent customer service, but they assembled it right on the spot and at no cost to me because it was an easy fix!! love, Love, LOVE Evergreen Autoworks!!!

I had a stripped bolt that was preventing me from changing a tail light bulb. I called to request an appointment to have it looked at. I figured it would have to be schedule for the next day or something. Phil told me to come right down and they would help me out. I arrived and Phil had already printed an estimate of only $11.36. Then, he told me that it would be no charge if they found that the bolt wasn't stripped and it was just a simple bulb replacement. The bolt turned out to be stripped. I was in and out in fifteen minutes and for a cost of less then $12.00. Integrity. Prompt and courteous customer service. No hassle. My kind of business. I'll be back. Thanks, Phil!

I needed to get a custom bracket hanger for my exhaust a week ago and this fine looking gentlemen told me to go to Airport Welding & Muffler to save me some money. I appreciate his excellent service and his honesty. Gotta love having these people work at places like these. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fast, incredibly friendly, and very thorough. We weren't quite sure what was wrong with our Saturn, but they discovered it was a bad battery and explained everything to us with patience and accuracy. Highly recommend!

We are relocating to this beautiful state from Texas in the Bothell area. Happened upon this great place while renting a van to run an errand. Fantastic service provided by Brett in customer service and mechanic, Joshua. I left my car for a simple oil change, and Brett went over and beyond. The brake light had been coming on for some time, and I thought it was an issue with the wiring. They discovered that the brake fluid was low, so Brett said that he had them top it off, which I thought was very nice. I left the shop, and received a call a few minutes later to say that they hadn't done it, after all, but if I was in the area, to please come back. I did, and they filled up the break fluid. Brett, nor Joshua needed to do that since I had already paid and left, but their actions showed great commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
