Had my car towed to them, they had the car for over a week and finally said they repaired it. When I went to pick it up, it got a few blocks away before breaking down AGAIN with the exact same issue. They said they misdiagnosed it... and were willing to refund me the cost of the previous quote so they could provide a much higher quote for something they didn't diagnose to begin with! What a rip off. Now I've been without a vehicle for 2 weeks; obviously my time and inconvenience is not important to them, but hopefully warning people of their craptastic repairs will be a bit more noticed.

I brought my car in for some body work because my clear coat was chipping and peeling on the hood. I worked with Mike who was able to get me a quote that was priced competitively. The repair work they did came out exceptionally well. You can't even notice a difference from what is factory painted and what was repaired by them. A+ service as far as the body work goes. I was disappointed that they started my car without the headlights in, causing an error code. They were going to charge me an extra $200 to reset the code which was not part of the estimate and could have been avoided, but I declined since I have the manufacturer specific cable and computer software for my car. Its an inconvenience and if I wasn't a car enthusiast, would have been out extra money.

I have been taking our cars to Evergreen for almost ten years and highly recommend them to all our friends, family members and employees. The work is always excellent and completed on time, everyone working there is genuinely friendly, caring, and professional, and I would not even consider going anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance or repair.

JB and his crew are amazing. Professional and Caring! We've been going to Evergreen Auto for 17 years. They're dependable, affordable and helpful. I really appreciate the checklist given each oil change on how your car is doing and repairs needed down the road. It's really helpful to be able to save and plan for repairs.

Shout out to Phil and the Evergreen Autoworks shop on BEH. After Brown Bear carwash ripped my rear windshield wiper off, Les Swabb recommended I come here for them to give me an estimate. Not only did they provide excellent customer service, but they assembled it right on the spot and at no cost to me because it was an easy fix!! love, Love, LOVE Evergreen Autoworks!!!

I had a stripped bolt that was preventing me from changing a tail light bulb. I called to request an appointment to have it looked at. I figured it would have to be schedule for the next day or something. Phil told me to come right down and they would help me out. I arrived and Phil had already printed an estimate of only $11.36. Then, he told me that it would be no charge if they found that the bolt wasn't stripped and it was just a simple bulb replacement. The bolt turned out to be stripped. I was in and out in fifteen minutes and for a cost of less then $12.00. Integrity. Prompt and courteous customer service. No hassle. My kind of business. I'll be back. Thanks, Phil!

Horrible Customer Service. Nicole treats you like your an idiot and don't have any idea of what your talking about. Makes claims that there were problems with your car prior to the accident, when there were not. She is not professional and hangs up the phone on you anytime you try to ask questions. She is not honest, and will change her story of what she said while still in the initial conversation. My car has been sitting at their shop since Dec. 11th, and will be over a week+ before they will even begin to work on it....and that is her idea of "fitting me in." Don't go here...your wasting your time!
