Brought my car to Evergreen with an electrical problem which can be difficult and time-consuming to diagnose. They had it figured out and I had the car back in a couple of hours. A follow-up visit to replace the body control module is needed but I'm very happy so far. They also did a free safety inspection and found a couple of other things that need attention.

I have taken my current car and past cars here for the last 7 years. They have always recommended only necessary repairs. There was a time when I brought in a vehicle for a 50,000 mile tune up and they said they didn't do certain parts of the tune up because they saw no evidence of needing certain fluids changed or parts replaced. Most other places would have done them anyways and charged me for it. I appreciate their honesty because often women get taken advantage of in these situations. The work is always well done and if anything isn't right they have you come back and fix it to your satisfaction.

Was leary of new owners of Evergreen as I had a long standing relationship with the previous owner. I dropped the car early and the service manager jumped right on getting me set for service, and then reported back costs and options, and finally said they can finish within the day and they did...even showed me faulty parts.

Got some recent brakes work done. Jeff is who I worked with primarily. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I never felt rushed and they were willing to slow things down and explain so I could take down notes and make an informed decision. Also they did not push me to do unnecessary repairs but instead gave a time frame of when I might need to get them done in the future allowing me to budget. They also were quite efficient getting all the work done by about 4pm after dropping the car of at around 9am. Overall it seemed like a friendly, professional mechanic service that I trusted to do the right job for a reasonable price. I expect to be a customer there again in the future.

I was 5 minutes away at a doctors appointment when I noticed the whole underside of my suv was covered in oil, and was pouring out of the engine somewhere. I called the closest auto mechanic, and Evergreen Autoworks had the best rating so i called them on a Friday, 4 hours before they close hoping I could at least figure out what was going on before the weekend. The man I talked to told me to dump some oil in it and drive on over, he'd take a look. I got it there, dumping oil and he said hed call me when he figured it out. Thinking it'd take til next week sometime i went home. He called me an hour later said its the oil cooling line that blew, he had it in stock and could have it fixed by end of shift. So in 4 hours he had me in, diagnosed, fixed, cleaned and on my way home same day. Now thats hard to beat! Highly recommend this place! Thank you!
