Excellent service and customer support

I would normally give this shop a five star review, this is our neighborhood auto repair shop and we've been customers here for about 8 years. I don't know what's going on with the shop, but I've tried to call to set up a routine maintenance and after three days I have yet to receive a call back. This is very disheartening as they are normally on the ball with customer service.

Hands down the best auto-repair in Washington for mid-range cars; they have it all: professional staff, comfortable lounge, free food, detailed diagnoses, and fair rates. The people giving this place 1 star are undoubtedly the insatiable jerks that everyone in the service industry knows well.

This is by far the worst auto repair that I have been to, my car was sitting there for 2 weeks and not even an update or estimation about the real problem came up, when I complained about how costly it is to do uber and waiting for my car to be touched and show some progress , they suggested to just rent a car (cheaper), very unprofessional. Lastly, when I picked up my car today, they had a difficult time to find my car because someone parked it not near by the area. Please, dont be the next me.

Evergreen Auto Works does a great job of making customers feel welcome and cared for. I went in for damage repair estimate and came back for wiper blades and will possibly get my oil changed there too. They were so friendly and have coffee and a comfy environment for people. They made sure there lot was plowed after all the snow some lots were so hard to get into like the ones right next door.

For over 10 years I've brought my cars to Evergreen Auto. I've been impressed with the work, the warranty of the work, the friendliness of the staff, and i find them to be trustworthy. Also, AAA diacount plus a cash back program makes taking care of my 2004 cars a little easier on the wallet. Finally, this is a small, community business that cares about the community. Ive been to several pet adoption events there, including free pet pictures with Santa. Very cool group of people, and very good car care.
