I took my car here because my air bag light came on. This guy name BRET, as soon as he noticed I have a Hyundaie, he ran my license plate to see if its one of those that got recalled. Thank you sooooo much. He explained what they are gonna do. I ended up going to this place twice. The first time was diagnostic, and then they had to order the part for my car and once the part arrived I had to make another trip there. They took care of all my transportation back and forth which was great and awesome. JEFF is the guy calling me to update me on everything. Both of them super nice and friendly people. I felt like I have been there a million times. They are really professional, friendly and nice. You know as a girl it is not the highlight of your day if you have to go to a mechanic shop by yourself. Let me tell you these guys make it super easy for you. Do not hesitate to go there. Totally recommend this place and I will go back there for any issues my car may have in the future. Best customer service ever. Super happy. I will give them 20 stars if I could.

I had my car there because it was make a loud noise and they call me after they ran a diagnostic test and informed me that there is a recall from the dealership to contact them about the recall . I'm very pleased with the customer service that I got and I most definitely will return to them for service

Brought my car to Evergreen with an electrical problem which can be difficult and time-consuming to diagnose. They had it figured out and I had the car back in a couple of hours. A follow-up visit to replace the body control module is needed but I'm very happy so far. They also did a free safety inspection and found a couple of other things that need attention.

I have taken my current car and past cars here for the last 7 years. They have always recommended only necessary repairs. There was a time when I brought in a vehicle for a 50,000 mile tune up and they said they didn't do certain parts of the tune up because they saw no evidence of needing certain fluids changed or parts replaced. Most other places would have done them anyways and charged me for it. I appreciate their honesty because often women get taken advantage of in these situations. The work is always well done and if anything isn't right they have you come back and fix it to your satisfaction.

Was leary of new owners of Evergreen as I had a long standing relationship with the previous owner. I dropped the car early and the service manager jumped right on getting me set for service, and then reported back costs and options, and finally said they can finish within the day and they did...even showed me faulty parts.
