Called on Monday afternoon to set up an appointment and got one for today, Thursday the 3rd of May. Appointment was for 10:00 AM and the car was ready at about 10:50. Sat down with Rick and he went over everything done today and what will be need in the near future. As usual, was pleased with the fast service of the mechanic, Ryan. I always use Evergreen for both the car and a truck and have never had a problem. I usually wait for the car in the lobby and the staff is always friendly. They also have great popcorn.

Great service and didn't push us to do more than we could afford.

They recently did an extensive repair on my car. The next day after their estimator looked at it, the car was there getting fixed. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance company & assisted me getting a rental car. I was updated every few days concerning the repair progress, plus, the repairs were completed ahead of schedule.

We had some miscommunication troubles when we dropped off my wifes car. Despite this I am very impressed with how they handled the situation and went above and beyond to fix the problems created by the miscommunication. I would highly recommend Evergreen Auto and plan to see them again for our future auto needs.
