I was recently in my first car accident which was pretty frightening and very intimidating. I had no idea how to go about choosing an auto body shop and had no experience with handling an insurance claim. Thankfully I came across Evergreen. Everyone has been so nice and they made the process so simple. My car looks fantastic and they even wrapped up ahead of schedule. Your car is in good hands with Evergreen!

Really friendly Service desk, no matter who I get they are helpful. Specifically Paul helped follow up with me when I had questions and always took the time to explain everything. Great place for your car's needs!

Avoid the body shop work! When I arrived for my scheduled estimate appt for a 2016 mercedes s550 for a moderate scratch, I had to wait about 15 min before someone came out for my appt. When arriving for appt a few days later they didn't have my apt on the books. But they took it anyways. They said my car would be done on a certain day and a week later I didn't hear from them. When I called they said guy was too busy to let me know when the car would be done. He didn't call me, and when I called back they said it was closed for the weekend. It was done about four days later than expected and the work was awful! The scratch is gone but the whole door needs rework. We took it to two different shops and they estimated about 4-500 work would need to be done to fix it. They acknowledged the problem but wouldn't help fix it. We would be out a car for another week, for this repair. This shop does a huge volume and is unwilling to let us get it fixed elsewhere and assist in the cost. We had done business before with them and will NEVER again. We were warned there were no good body shops in snohomish county and yep it's been confirmed. The owner should recognize we wouldn't want to have to be inconvenienced with having it there for another week of repairs when it was such a bad job and poor service from start to finish. Will be taking car to northwest auto salon and pay out of pocket to fix their job. The shop seems over scheduled and I'm shocked they wouldn't care enough to reimburse us for the re-repair work.
