Bothell Auto Repair

I really wanted to like this repair shop. Over the years I've used them for several of my vehicles. They are nearby, the staff is helpful and friendly (not a stretch, really) but my last two husband's didn't trust their work and often after service the vehicle had additional problems that weren't evident before. Also, they are one of the higher priced auto shops. I took my Sonata in to have the timing belt changed and it came out with a bad vibration. I took the car back twice and even drove it with a technician who said he didn't detect a vibration. IT WAS HORRIBLE, and still is. It makes me hate this car that I once loved. Also there is a loud noise coming from underneath that now I have to go to someone else to diagnose. We're moving out of state so I won't be back. But I wouldn't ever go back even if we stayed in the state. Sorry I just don't think Evergreen Autoworks is all they're cracked up to be.

Evergreen Auto is the only repair facility we bring our cars to. We've had a variety of cars over the years in our family and Evergreen Auto has been expertly maintaining and repairing our family "fleet" for almost fifteen years. Not once has there been a need to return any of our cars for rework or an overlooked repair item. Phil, Amanda, Bret, Jeff - they all greet us warmly when we come into the shop and they take care of us as if we were their only customers. There are dozens of repair shops closer to where my family lives. But, we make the effort to get our cars over the Evergreen because we are confident our car(s) will be repaired and returned quickly and excellent working order.

Very thorough inspection, great communication, nice to use their loaner car, which saved money on a rental, will definitely be returning

Efficient, friendly helpful staff and mechanics!

I got my Lexus detailed here inside and out and they did it in a day and a half as promised! I was very pleased with the outcome. They had me come in prior to getting my car detailed so that they could see what they were working with. The detailer listened to everything I wanted to tell him and he was very kind. He also asked me if there was anything in particular he needed to know about or pay attention to in the detailing process. I had floor mats that were super dirty and stained, back of front seats covered in dirt and mud from kids, and pealing on my chrome wheels just to name a few prominent things... And when I came back to pick up my car it looked immaculate!! I was more than pleased with the result and how brand new my leather seats looked, as they have had signs of stress that they buffed out so well. I definitely recommend Evergreen Autoworks in Bothell! The customer service is fantastic and they work hard to meet their customers needs! I will certainly be going back again!! I really don't feel that my review does them enough justice!! I believe everyone needs to find out for themselves whether a detailing/auto repair company does quality work or not. There isn't one company in the entire world that doesn't have some sort of complaint, screw up, or bad review held against them whether it's recorded or not. I don't usually even write reviews for Auto businesses, because I don't like seeing the reviews that are not appropriate that attempt to devalue a business in a rude way, but I really felt the need to give a great recommendation to Evergreen Autoworks! Thanks again!!!

Love this place. The employees are super friendly and energetic. On a couple occasions when I've taken my car in to get something really minor checked out they haven't even charged me. One of the few businesses around that seems to really care about their customers rather than just trying to make money off them.

Very easy to schedule my routine mantainance. I had my 3 young kids with me today. They enjoyed complimentary popcorn and watching the train circle the tracks in the display case while we waited for my vehicle to be ready. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be back again.

I was sent here from my insurance company after my car was stolen and they did nothing to help. The damages that were done to my car were not fixed and they still charged me. I would never come here. Plus they told me not to claim my car to insurance even though damages done to my gas pedal and fuel line were $1500+!!!!

Evergreen did a decent enough job on the body work and paint and Manny was great. However, all of the quarters disappeared from the ash tray. They were kind enough to leave the pennies. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't know if I would ever go back. If you go to Evergreen, be sure to remove anything of value from your car!
