I have had to use evergreen twice now and have been impressed both times. Recently over Christmas, I had some small damage repaired on my wife's Tahoe. Manny was excellent to work with. Between him and the front desk they made handling the insurance company and the repair itself in effortless process. Manny kept me informed as to the process and was upfront and honest in regards to the timeline and the level of work that he wanted to dedicate to the repair. A "no brainer" if something happens to one of our cars, moving forward.

Long time customer. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Outrageously expensive to the point of a rip-off! Learned about the repair they did online after they repaired my vehicle and I paid them. They charged me $500 ($250 parts/$250 labor). At least 10 different videos online stated the repair could be completed in about 15-30 minutes with parts under $30 if you do it yourself. Per at least 5 actual car repair websites the average total mechanic price is $147-184! That's a far cry different from the $500 they charged me. Feeling robbed. Plus, most places will forgo the cost of the estimate if you get repairs done there, not Evergreen.

I'm sorry that you didn't find value in our repair. It is certainly possible that we could have made a mistake in the charges and if not we should be able to explain why it cost more than you found at other sources.

I was originally referred to Evergreen Autoworks in early 2013 for body damage repair. I've been coming back ever since. The service and work can't be beat.

Dropped truck off at about 8:30 for oil change and brake job. Picked it up at about 2:30. Quick and friendly service !!!! Highly recommend!

It's rare that the owner of a business is so passionate about customer service that they personally reach out to individual clients. Jeff is that kind of owner. I had concerns regarding some recent service and Jeff went out of his way, multiple times, to call, talk through my concerns and work towards a positive solution. My wife and I just had our 2015 Xterra detailed at Evergreen. We have put 40k miles on our rig with numerous trips off road since we bought it new and thanks to this detail its back to show room condition. Many thanks to the crew that worked on our rig and to the courteous staff that helped us out.
