I have spent quite a large sum of money between 4 vehicles over a 1month period, prepping them for sale, yet when I call in for an A/C issue, have them say bring it in, we'll drive with you so we can hear it, I do that, in my personal vehicle,. They can't seem to find 10mins to go with me, drive the vehicle to hear the noise in the AC to repair it, sending me on my way, driving this rig now, knowing there is an AC motor or belt issue potentially going to break at any time, but that's OK with them. Money works at other shops as well. So much for a good working relationship.

This is a follow up to my recent review I posted few days ago. I got a call from Paul there told me that he understand that I have a repeated problem that they should be responsible for fixing it. I dropped it off this morning, and Paul has dug through all the records of my car. It turned out that they have two databases -- one older and one newer. Apparently my 2011 record was in the old database in which they recorded a leak and identified the fix; I might have been a cheapskate who decided to come back to fix it in 2012. Their record show I came back in 2013 in the new database. Whoever did my van in 2013 didn't look up my old record in the old database. Anyhow, they fixed it with no charge. I think there isn't anything better they could have done. So I am a happy customer again. I will come back to give them 5 stars if it is indeed fixed -- I need a hot day to find out.

I had an amazing experience at Evergreen auto works. Phil Johnson has the best customer service I have come across in a long time. He is so polite on the phone and makes sure you understand all polices and procedures before any work is done to your vehicle. He remembers your name and you can tell he really loves the work he does. After my first visit all I could think of was how I could thank him for how great I felt after leaving the location. My first visit my car broke down in the Kirkland area and I did not have a shop close to my home in Everett. Luck would have it, I looked online and they were open late ( until 6 ) and I was able to speak to them before having my car towed to their shop and left overnight. I only have one vehicle and manage a restaurant and need to be able to get to work ( I commute to Kirkland from Everett ). Lucky they had a loaner car for me the very next day. It was a quick no hassle transaction and I could keep the car until mine was fixed. Turns out is was a battery/alternator issue and it was fixed in three days - dropped off on a Friday. I know nothing about cars and at that time they suggested some routine maintenance. I could not afford it because of the cost of unexpected repairs as stated above. I waited a couple months and as soon as I could afford it went back to get the maintenance done. Phil was so honest about all the work, he was a pleasure to speak with. I have never been good at maintaining my vehicles but now I might be more inclined to because of the ease of doing business here - especially with knowing I can get a loaner car for any amount of time- and that I get amazing service! Almost can't wait to go back, Thank you again Phil!! Kim K

My 2007 Prius was damaged on the driver's side door when a huge semi truck and trailer swerved, struck road dividers on the bridge across the Snoqualmie River near Monroe, WA, causing a couple to strike the door as we passed each other, leaving small dings. Hartford Insurance suggested this shop as it was on their list and was close to where I live. I took it in got the appraisal for Hartford, made an appointment, brought my Prius in. Since the repair was so minor, I was promised the car would be ready in within three days, assuring me it would be ready before the weekend, as I made plans to go on a tour out of state that weekend. I received a call that my Prius would not be ready until after the weekend, due to unexpected delays. Then, after the weekend, I was informed of more delays, that my car would not Instead of taking about three days, I did not have use of my car for over a week. I was not able to go on the tour, lost the prepayment of $299.00 for me and my girlfriend. When I got my Prius back, the larger ding had been properly repaired, but the very tiny ding a very short distance away had not been repaired. The car had no damage anywhere prior to being hit by the road dividers. I had no desire to go over such an experience again, so I left. The Hartford agent added insult to this event by deciding I was at fault in this accident, had made his decision, had placed this false decision in my Hartford file, damaging me, had also reported this to C.L.U.E, the risk assessment agency. He would not listen to me about the nature of the damage, even though photographs proved I was not at fault. He also told me that I had not provided the license number of the truck that actually caused the damage. The truck license number was clearly on the police report that was in Hartford's file, so he had obviously not even read the police report, which exonerated me. Only when I complained to his supervisor was this rectified; after reading the file on the accident, she told me she was shocked by the arrogant actions by the adjustor and removed the smear he put on my record. However, she said there was no way Hartford could correct the false information against me that they reported to the C.L.U.E. risk agency without notifying me, so the false report remains on my record there, causing harm to my formerly unblemished driving record. Evergreen Autoworks also said Hartford supposedly sent me partial payment for the work, but I did not find any deposit on my account showing this. When I inquired to Hartford, they promised to check, but never got back to me. The adjustor that handled this, Corey, should be fired. Altogether this matter has caused me a lot of unnecessary trouble and money. The work that Evergreen Autoworks did was done well, but the multiple delays and failure to fix the tiny dent causes me to give them three stars. They could have fixed both dings with little or no additional time. I also smelled cigarette smoke, but the auto detailer was able to remove the odor completely. So, anyone bringing their car in for repairs should make sure what repairs will be made and they should also make a specific request that no smoking is to be done in their car, and be sure to have that noted on the paperwork before signing the agreement. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke and so are some others. The company needs to address this for their customers.

Stay Away ! Brought my car in for power steering fluid leak - they claim they 'diagnosed' the problem $75 for the diagnosis, than charged $400 to repair. Brought the car home, leaked more than before. Brought it back, turns out the technician just 'assumed' where he thought it would be leaking - didnt really diagnose the problem. Long story short, brought it back 3 times and over $1400 later, they finally had it fixed. Several years before, had a similar experience there with a radiator leak, had to bring it back twice for them to correctly repair - end up costing twice the original quote. Seems like a combination of fraud and incompetence.

I liked being able to get right in, the work was done quick and didn't cost that much, in fact I saved $95 by switching from the Lexus Dealership, to Evergreen. I had frozen groceries in my car that they offered to put in their freezer while I waited, and all the employees who work in the reception office were supportive of each other and seamed to like their job. In fact the only negative thing I can say is the customer's bathroom was out of order, so I had to use the bathroom in the shop and it was really gross. But I will definitely come back

This place is amazing! exceptionally professional and very honest. I called today at 10am to ask if they could do a full diagnostic test and tell me what was wrong with my car. 2 check in phone calls ( by them) to tell me what the problem , and that my car was ready and at 530 I'm done . It is nice to find a place of business where customer service exceeds expectations. It's a rarity these days. Fantastic job guys . I'll be back!

RIP OFF!!! I wish I could mark up products over 3 times the retail costs! They want some $770 for a radiator that a well known auto parts store will sell over the counter for $229. Most repair places don't charge for an estimate if you have them do the repairs. This place charges either way on there estimate. Be sure to get 2nd opinions to make a sound decision.
