Professional, organized, friendly, and knowledgeable. My daughter had someone sideswipe her drivers side. Evergreen Autoworks was able to inspect, provide detailed estimate breakdown, and coordinate with the other persons insurance to cover payment. They had a painter and a mechanic out sick half way through the job. We had an extra car at the time so I told them it was fine if they needed an extra week to deal with their backlog. Other than that logistics delay they were great to work with. I also feel I can trust them to work with my family directly without me getting involved. They treated my daughter and my wife with respect and answered their questions professionally. This is really important to me and my family. It is hard for me to trust anyone with large repair jobs because I grew up learning how to fix everything on my own or with my dad. I know enough about cars to call BS, but my family doesn't have as much auto repair experience. Having a trustworthy auto mechanic & body shop is worth the extra cost above "DIY", especially when insurance claims are involved. I now have a different reason to need their services.
